CEO Report
The report identifies potential organizational problems within different business units. Red icons denote problems, green icons depict good results. Framed red icons only show up when the problem occurs in the majority of the business units. Green and red lines below the icons represents the distribution of good and bad results.

Structure of the report

Blue header: Shows the currently opened level of the hierarchy.
Headline of the table: The aspects of the analysis are listed in these columns. If you point your cursor at their titles, you will see the algorithms.
Rows: Rows define the business units of certain leaders.
Buttons:
- Info
- Collapse button: Helps you to review which business units are dealing with the most problems.
Window on the right side: Gives you a list of systematic problems. An organizational problem is systematic when it occurs in (at least) 60% of the business units. This analysis targets the units that belong to the direct reports of the CEO.

Navigation
The report is hierarchycally structured. By clicking the plus icon next to the name of the leaders you can walk through the hierarchy downwards. If you would like to walk backwards you either click the left arrow in the first cell of the table, or click on a certain name in the blue header lane.
